DR. SCOTT ROMESBURG, D.C.

Dr. Scott Romesburg brings years of experience and a deep sense of caring to his practice.  He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 1980 from Logan College of Chiropractic after completing his undergraduate studies at West Virginia University.  Dr. Romesburg founded North Central Chiropractic Clinic in 1982, prompted by the desire to deliver quality, compassionate healthcare.  He has been the recipient of a number of awards and honors over the years, including being named in the Who’s Who of American Businessmen in 1994 and accepting the city of Bridgeport’s Community Pride Award in 1995.  Dr. Romesburg has served on the Medicare Regional Advisory Committee, the West Virginia Chiropractic Society’s Board of Directors and as President of the Rotary Club of Bridgeport.  For over twenty-five years, he has been helping his patients meet their wellness goals and reach their optimum health.

JOELLEN ROMESBURG

JoEllen is our Administrative Assistant and Human Resource Manager.  She has been with North Central Chiropractic Clinic for 22 years and has in that time handled the insurance and front desk responsibilities along with being office manager.  JoEllen is married to Dr. Scott Romesburg.  They reside in Bridgeport with their golden retriever, Nikki.  In her free time she enjoys golfing with her husband, camping with friends from the FMCA Mountaineer Group and spoiling her five beautiful grandchildren. 

SANDY BENDER

Sandy has over fourteen years experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, nine of which have been here, at North Central Chiropractic Clinic.  Sandy works with the doctors, assisting with x-rays, patient medical history, and therapeutic modalities.  Sandy lives in Salem, West Virginia with her husband, Kevin.  They are the proud parents of two grown children, Christina and Kevin.

MELISSA PERKINS

Melissa is the front desk receptionist at North Central Chiropractic Clinic.  She currently attends Fairmont State University and is pursuing a Business Technology degree as well as owing and operating her own photography business.  Prior to working at North Central Chiropractic Clinic, Melissa worked in front desk reception, insurance, records, and chiropractic therapy at Davis Chiropractic in Barboursville, WV.  Originally from Fairmont, WV, she is now living in Bridgeport with her husband, Matthew, a Clarksburg, WV native. 

JASON BARTON

Jason graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology.  While as WVWC, Jason earned a four year letter in baseball for Coach Randy Tenney.  Jason has been interested in sports since a young age, which made his choice of Exercise Physiology an easy one.  He has been employed as an Exercise Physiologist for the past four years and was the managing physiologist for Family Practice Associates in Wilmington, Delaware.  Jason has relocated to West Virginia from Cecil County Maryland.  Jason is married to his college sweetheart, Carrie (Hawkinberry), and has two children, Alivia, 3, and Jonas, 2.
